Mary Webber

Mary (Lewis) Webber is a Mathematical Statistician at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since January 2020, with extensive experience in education as a Mathematics and Chemistry tutor since August 2009 and as an adjunct professor and instructor in various academic settings. Previous roles include Mathematics/Statistics Adjunct Professor at Northern Virginia Community College, Mathematics/Physics Instructor at Thales Academy, and Mathematics Teacher at JEI Learning Center. Mary has a research background focusing on mathematical modeling in chemical systems, highlighted by research experience at Bates College and participation in a renewable energy research program in Chile. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Chemistry from Bates College.
