Victoria Zaretskaya

Victoria Zaretskaya is an experienced operations research analyst currently serving as the Lead Operations Research Analyst at the U.S. Energy Information Administration since 2009. Previously, Zaretskaya held roles including Principal Fuels Analyst at Exelon Power Team and Senior Consultant in the Fuels Group at Pace Global, a Siemens Business. Earlier in the career, Zaretskaya worked as a Senior Equity Research Analyst at Korimos Holdings, Ltd., and as an Analyst at PFC Energy, recently acquired by IHS. Zaretskaya began their professional journey as an Analyst in the Wholesale Power Group at ICF International. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Economics with distinction from George Mason University, a MIPP in International Economics and Finance from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, alongside language diplomas from Sapienza Università di Roma and Université Paris-Sorbonne.
