Catherine Bloom

Catherine Bloom is a seasoned professional in library and information science with extensive experience in archival and information management. Currently serving as a Systems Librarian at the U.S. Government Publishing Office since August 2018, Catherine previously held roles including Archives Technician at the National Archives and Records Administration and Program Manager I at GSA. Additional experience includes a graduate assistantship at the University of Maryland, as well as internships and freelance positions that encompassed digital archiving and writing. Catherine holds a Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Maryland, a Master of Arts in Archives and Records Management from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Rhodes College.
