Adam Magary

Adam Magary has extensive experience within the U.S. House of Representatives, serving since May 1997 in various key roles. Currently, Adam holds the position of Director for the Senior Legislative Leadership, Learning, and Development - CAO Coach, where the role involves coaching Congressional staff through a pioneering mentoring program. Previous positions include Senior Advisor to Rep. Kevin Brady, Chief of Staff for Representatives Michael Cloud, Doug Lamborn, and Donald Manzullo, and Chairman's Legislative Liaison/Policy Advisor for the House Committee on Small Business. Adam has also supervised legislative teams and managed comprehensive policy portfolios. Adam's political journey began in college as a candidate for Alternate Delegate at the Presidential Nominating Convention. Academically, Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wheaton College and has participated in various professional development programs related to Congressional management and legislative policy.
