Harrison Jumper

Harrison Jumper is an experienced political professional with a background in legislative roles. From May 2019 to January 2025, Harrison served in various positions for Representative Chrissy Houlahan, including Deputy Legislative Director, Senior Legislative Assistant, and Legislative Assistant. Prior experience includes an internship with Representative Dwight Evans and a brief role as a Democratic Staff Intern with the Committee on Rules and Administration in the U.S. Senate. Additional internships included work in constituent services with Senator Bob Casey and a position in the Code Enforcement Unit of the City of Philadelphia Law Department through the Mayor’s Internship Program. Harrison Jumper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University, complemented by a study abroad experience at Charles University.
