Kayla Williams

Kayla Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in legislative and community engagement roles within the U.S. House of Representatives and other organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to Rep. Gregory Meeks, Williams has held various titles including Deputy Chief of Staff and Legislative Director, where the focus has been on advising on policy matters across multiple areas. Prior experience includes coordinating the WeLead program at the Women & Politics Institute and working as a community development specialist for the City of Buffalo, where initiatives focused on volunteerism and community engagement. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and African American Studies from the University at Buffalo.
