Rebecca Rybczyk

Rebecca Rybczyk is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Louisiana Press Secretary to Majority Leader Steve Scalise at the U.S. House of Representatives, Rebecca has previously held significant roles such as Director of Economic Development & Planning at the Downtown San Diego Partnership and Senior Press Secretary & Economic Development Policy Coordinator for the City of San Diego. Earlier career highlights include positions as Deputy Press Secretary and Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives, along with various internships in reputable organizations such as The Heritage Foundation and Pioneer Institute for Public Policy Research. Rebecca holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Communication from American University and a Bachelor's in Political Communication and Broadcast Journalism from Emerson College.
