David Bell

David Bell is a Security Cooperation Officer at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command since April 2023, with prior experience as an Instructor at U.S. Army Command and General Staff College from July 2020 to February 2023, where graduate-level courses in strategy and security studies were taught, focusing on the Indo-Pacific region.
