Mike McIntyre

Mike McIntyre is currently the Chief of the Resource Management Division at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Japan District. Previously, Mike held positions at the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command as the Chief of the Security Assistance and Contingency Branch, Financial Manager, and Budget & Admin Officer. Prior to that, Mike served at the U.S. Mission to NATO as the Deputy Director of Budget & Finance. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
