Bob Malone

Director of Operations at U.S. Info-Comm

Bob Malone began their career in 1978 as a U.S. Army Operation Sergeant E-6. In 1984, they moved to T.I.M INC as an Engineer. In 1986, they became a Communications Consultant at Research Communications, INC. In 1992, they joined U.S. Info-Comm, Inc. as the Operations Manager, later becoming the Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Bob was responsible for Information Technology Operations, leading and guiding highly skilled technical and management teams in support of company business objectives, process design, and project management services. Bob also served as National Accounts Escalation Manager, Proactive Preventative Maintenance Manager, Skills Training Support Manager, and Support Readiness Critical Failures National Accounts Manager.

Bob Malone attended the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1978 to 1984. Bob also completed Cisco's IPTX and CCDA certifications.
