Eric Carpenter

Eric Carpenter is an experienced professional currently serving as Area Manager for Maryland at US Inspect Group, Inc. since January 2021. Prior to this role, Eric has been with US Inspect since March 2003, holding the position of Senior Home Inspector, and has received accolades such as the Chairman's Award from 2005 to 2018 and Building Consultant of The Year in 2009. Eric is a graduate of Walled Lake Central, earning a high school diploma with a focus on Art/Art Studies between 1967 and 1972.
