Rose Cardarelli

Rose Cardarelli, Ed.D., FACHE is the Founder & CEO of Education for All Coalition, dedicated to providing educational opportunities for refugees and vulnerable children. Rose holds various leadership positions in organizations such as the U.S.-Japan Council and Childhood Education International. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from William & Mary and a background in health administration, Rose is a knowledgeable and experienced leader in the education sector.
