Kirk Evans

Kirk Evans has over 25 years of experience practicing law in Texas, specializing in complex civil litigation and constitutional issues. Kirk currently serves as the President of U.S. LawShield®, where they represent gun owners, instructors, ranges, and law enforcement. Kirk is also the author of several firearms legal publications. Prior to their current role, they were a Shareholder at Evans, LLP from 2010 to 2012.

Kirk Evans completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1989. Kirk then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) at the University of Houston Law Center, which they completed from 1990 to 1993. Kirk Evans also obtained a Juris Doctorate certification from the State Bar of Texas, although the month and year of attainment are not provided.
