Jessica Vivas has over 18 years of experience in the legal support industry, currently serving as Senior Operations Manager and previously holding the positions of Premium Support Senior Manager and Case Manager at U.S. Legal Support since February 2021. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Magna Legal Services from June 2010 to April 2020, progressing from Scheduling Coordinator to National Scheduling Manager and Client Services Manager. Jessica's career began at Esquire Deposition Services as an Administrative Assistant and included a position as Scheduling Coordinator at Golkow Technologies from September 2007 to May 2010.
