Robert KinCannon, CISSP, PMP has over 20 years of experience in information technology security and project management. Robert is currently the Director of Information Technology Security at U.S. Legal Support. Previously, Robert worked at Invesco Ltd. for 20 years, where they held the position of Senior Manager. In this role, they led a team of project managers focused on infrastructure projects and played a key role in transitioning the department from traditional waterfall to Agile methodology.
Robert KinCannon, CISSP, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Robert has pursued further certifications and qualifications throughout their career. Robert obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in December 2019 and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2008. Furthermore, Robert has a LogicGate Power User Certification, acquired from LogicGate in April 2021. Lastly, they possess a Private Pilot certification, awarded by the Federal Aviation Administration in July 1988.
