Steven Duran

Steven Duran has over two decades of experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative and Team Leader at U.S. Legal Support, Inc. since January 2010. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Customer Service Representative at Record Copy Services from January 2000 to January 2010. Steven holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Communications/Journalism from Northern Illinois University, attained between 1994 and 1999, and completed secondary education at Marian Catholic High School from 1990 to 1994.
