James Williams, MBA has extensive experience in the lubricants industry. James currently serves as the President of U.S. Lubricants since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Castrol as a Senior Sales Leader for the Western Region from November 2018 to October 2020. James also held various roles at Shell, including General Manager for The Americas from 2014 to 2018, and Regional Sales Manager for The Americas from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their career, James worked at Shell Energy Services as a Finance Manager from 2000 to 2005, and at Shell E&P as a Finance Analyst from 1998 to 2000.

James Williams, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of St. Thomas (TX) in the years 1999-2000. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Dillard University between 1990 and 1994. James Williams also holds a Business Professionals Certification in Ontological Study of Business EMBA Equiv. from The Aji Network.
