Kyle D. has extensive experience in marketing and communications. Kyle started their career at the University of Florida - Athletic Association as a Marketing Assistant from March 2008 to February 2009. Kyle then joined Chompmenus.com as Sales/Marketing from February 2009 to July 2009. Kyle worked at U.S. Masters Swimming for several years, starting as an Account Executive from July 2009 to 2012 and later becoming a Marketing Coordinator from 2012 to 2015. Kyle then held various roles within U.S. Masters Swimming, including Marketing Director from August 2015 to December 2017, Senior Director of Marketing and Communications from January 2018 to May 2021, and is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer since May 2021.

U.S. Masters Swimming

USMS is a national membership-operated nonprofit organization that provides membership benefits to nearly 70,000 Masters swimmers across the country. These benefits include insurance, SWIMMER magazine, sanctioned events, and many others. USMS and its 52 Local Masters Swimming Committees (LMSCs) provide direct support to more than 1,500 Masters Swimming clubs and workout groups. Structure and organization of USMS programs vary and are driven by factors such as pool availability, instructor or coach availability, community support, and finances. The majority of locations offering Masters Swimming programs have coaches on deck. Coaches write workouts and provide feedback and instruction.
