Dr. Scott Dell

Dr. Scott Dell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, leadership, and business. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Ferris State University, Dr. Dell has previously held positions as Chief Inspiration Officer at Future Forward Academy and Blue & Gold Officer at the United States Naval Academy, where the focus has been on inspiring and guiding students. As President of Escape to DC, LLC, Dr. Dell leads a full-service satellite and telecommunications business while actively contributing as a volunteer teacher at Beth Israel Congregation. An educator with a passion for student development, Dr. Dell has served at various universities, including Francis Marion University and Marian University, earning recognition through awards and leadership roles within academic associations. Dr. Dell holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from The Wharton School and a DBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is a certified professional coach.
