Michael Manzone

Michael Manzone is an experienced financial professional with a comprehensive background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at the US Naval Institute since June 2006, Michael oversees a team of five accounting professionals and has successfully implemented procedures to ensure timely financial closes. Prior experience includes roles as Controller at Master Distributors and Atlantic Premium Brands, Ltd., where Michael managed accounting teams and produced financial statements and budgets. Notably, at Atlantic Premium Brands, Michael led a group of 40 accounting professionals and achieved significant cost savings through operational improvements. Michael’s career began as Assistant Controller at Maryland Beverage Company, and Michael holds a BS in Accounting from Towson University.
