Dolly Stevens has an extensive background in military and organizational leadership, with over 20 years of service in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps since August 2000, serving in various roles including Director of Administrative International Exchange Program and Associate Regional Director. Previous experience includes a distinguished career as a Career Recruiter in the US Navy from November 1988 to July 2010, where assignments included notable positions within multiple Navy districts and aboard significant naval vessels. Dolly holds educational credentials from The University of Texas at San Antonio and completed high school education at both John Marshall High School and Pleasanton High School.
