Charles Dozier

Charles Dozier has over 51 years of dedicated civilian service to the U.S. Navy and its personnel, encompassing various leadership and management roles. From June 1971 to present, Charles has served in multiple capacities, including as the Director of Fleet and Family Readiness N9 for Commander Navy Region Mid-Atlantic and as Housing Program Director N-93, managing regional housing programs across 21 Naval installations. Previous roles include Business Manager at Naval Station Norfolk and Program Specialist at Naval Facilities Engineering Command, where Charles provided critical budget support for housing across numerous regions. Early career experience includes serving as a Moral, Welfare, and Recreation Program Manager and Athletics Director, contributing significantly to the quality of life programs for service members and their families. Charles holds an educational background from Old Dominion University.
