Terra Downey, MBA, currently serves as the Marketing Director for U.S. Navy MWR, overseeing all marketing, communications, and branding for the award-winning Morale, Welfare and Recreation program at Naval Station Mayport. With experience ranging from public relations to marketing strategy development, Terra has held various roles, including Executive Assistant and Marketing Specialist within the Navy. Prior positions include Publicity Chair for the Naples Overseas Support Club, Head Swim Coach for Yokosuka Jr. Seahawks Swim Team, and Account Representative at Folio Magazine, where significant sales achievements were noted. Terra's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in International Marketing from Southeast Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Central Missouri.
