Frank Dicesare

Frank DiCesare is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in documentary journalism, videography, and education. As President and CEO of Oskar Films since 2017, DiCesare has focused on providing top-quality documentary journalism. Concurrently, DiCesare operates Skyway Droneworks and serves as a Sales Professional at Mayors Jewelers. In addition to media production through DiCesare Media Company, DiCesare teaches digital cinema at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota and contributes as a writer and photographer to U.S. News & World Report and National Geographic Traveler. Previous roles include producing segments for WEDU PBS and serving as a reporter for The American Press. DiCesare holds advanced degrees in English and Secondary Education from Seton Hall University and Boston University, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stonehill College.
