Dennis Knoop

Dennis Knoop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within NORAD and US Northern Command since February 2009. Currently serving as the Chief of the Experimentation Division, responsibilities include planning and overseeing innovative operations and providing direction to subordinate branch chiefs. Previously, Knoop led the Operational Support Division, focusing on program development in cyberspace operations and resource management. Earlier roles include Cloud Engineer, Chief Technology Officer, and Enterprise Architect, where contributions to enterprise architecture engineering supported NORAD and USNORTHCOM. Prior to this, positions at Delta Solutions and Strategies, Lockheed Martin, and the US Air Force provided a strong foundation in systems engineering and communications management. Knoop holds a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado.
