Josiah Grover

Josiah Grover serves as the Integration Lead at NORAD & US Northern Command since September 2022, previously holding the role of Chief of Civil Support Plans from September 2019 to May 2022. Grover's military experience includes positions such as Deputy Chief of Plans and Strategic Planner & Red Team Leader with the 10th Mountain Division from September 2013 to June 2016, as well as various academic roles at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, including Director of Academic Operations, Assistant Professor & Curriculum Developer, and Instructor from July 2016 to June 2019. Prior to this, Grover was an Instructor at the United States Military Academy at West Point from July 2009 to August 2013, and served as Battery Commander in the U.S. Army from May 2005 to July 2007. Josiah Grover earned a Master of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Providence College (1995-1999).
