Matthew Niedzwiecki

Matthew Niedzwiecki, MBA, currently serves as the Qualification Training Deputy Division Chief at NORAD & US Northern Command, overseeing the training of watchstanders for various command centers. Prior experience includes roles as a Joint Training & Exercise Development Specialist at both the United States Air Force and S4 Inc. Furthermore, Matthew's extensive tenure with the US Navy involved leadership positions such as Deputy Director & Division Chief, where management of a 100+ person team focused on resource analysis and strategic investment, and Commanding Officer roles in operational settings, including the Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School and the 2515th Naval Air Ambulance Detachment. Education credentials encompass a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, along with specialized training in the DoD Requirements system.
