Nicholas Collier

Nicholas Collier currently serves as the Homeland Defense Plans Branch Chief at NORAD & US Northern Command, overseeing military defense planning for North America since July 2021. With a distinguished career in the US Navy beginning in June 2006, Nicholas held various positions including Naval Aviator, Aviation Maintenance Officer, and Operations Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at the Missile Defense Agency from May 2017 to June 2020. Nicholas holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Joint Campaign Strategy and Planning from National Defense University, along with multiple degrees and certifications in economics, cost estimation, and program management from prestigious institutions such as the United States Naval Academy and Naval Postgraduate School.
