Michelle Breen

Michelle Breen is a seasoned statistician with extensive experience in health statistics and survey methodologies. Since October 2015, Michelle has been serving as a Statistician at the US Railroad Retirement Board. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Survey Statistician at the US Census Bureau from July 2012 to October 2015, contributing to the National Ambulatory Medical Care Survey. Other professional experiences include a position as a Contact Representative at the Social Security Administration and a role as a Team Leader at the US Census Bureau in 2010. As a Board Member for the Coalition for Illinois Midwifery from 2005 to 2011 and President of a Real Estate Investing firm between 2002 and 2010, Michelle has demonstrated leadership and community involvement. Michelle holds a Master of Health Science in Maternal and Child Health from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lake Forest College.
