Ruthie Maldonado-Delwiche

Ruthie Maldonado-Delwiche is an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a career spanning several decades, currently employed at the US Railroad Retirement Board. Ruthie has been associated with the Federal Government since August 1982, holding various roles including Administrative Officer, EEO Specialist, and Training Specialist, after starting as a clerk and serving over five years in the Air Force. In addition to current responsibilities at Ruthie Runs, Ruthie is pursuing education at Loyola University Chicago since 2011 and has attended Moody Bible Institute since 2004. Ruthie holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Harold Washington Community College, completed between 1995 and 2000.
