Jeff Skwarek has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Jeff started their career as a Data Center Operator at ASD Catalog Solutions in 1996. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Production Support Supervisor and ERT/Project Specialist at ACS Retail Systems, where they were responsible for implementing procedures for Seven-Eleven's merchandising system and training staff members. Jeff then moved on to Ascendant Solutions (formerly ASD Catalog Solutions) as a Database Administrator/Developer and System & Network Administrator from 1999 to 2002. During this time, they were responsible for database administration and designing and developing a multi-client Data Warehouse. In 2001, Skwarek worked as a Windows NT/2000 Administrator and Exchange Administrator at ARC - Rexel USA Inc on a contract basis, where they handled day-to-day issues on an Active Directory Network and supported and maintained Exchange 2000. Jeff joined Pediatrix Medical Group in 2002 as a Technical Project Lead, overseeing the development team, providing support and training to practices and users, and creating an Electronic Medical Records package. Skwarek joined PhyServe Physician Services Inc (formerly MedicalEdge Healthcare Inc) in 2007 as the Manager of Database Development, responsible for project management and the development of Clinical Data Warehouses and applications. Currently, they are working at U.S. Renal Care as the VP of Applications and Development.

Jeff Skwarek has completed several certifications and workshops throughout their education history. In 2015, they obtained the certifications of MCSA: SQL Server 2012 and Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft. In 2008, they earned the Yellow Belt certification from Six Sigma. Additionally, they hold the Green Belt certification from Six Sigma, obtained in 2008. In 2006, they became an EMR Certified Professional from NextGen Software.
