Lynn Jenkins, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. In 2010, they joined Hilton as a Corporate Manager Human Resources Consulting, where they served until 2014. Following that, they worked as a Global Human Resources Manager at HCL America from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Signet as a Corporate HR Manager/Business Partner. Lynn Jenkins then joined Rent-A-Center in 2016 as a Senior Director Human Resources, holding the position until 2021. Currently, they are working at U.S. Renal Care as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, starting in September 2021.

Lynn Jenkins, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Instructional Technology from California State University-San Bernardino. Lynn also has a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Chapman University. Furthermore, Lynn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne-Owen College. In 2007, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from HRCI.
