Nick Novy

Nick Novy, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Data Analytics at U.S. Renal Care, where efforts in designing Tableau visualizations have notably increased patients on kidney transplant waitlists by 4.7% and at-home dialysis treatments by 3%. Prior to this role, Nick worked as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst at U.S. Renal Care, implementing project management systems for clinics and creating financial performance dashboards. Previous experience includes serving as an Assurance Associate at PwC, conducting audits for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, and a Consultant Manager at Mays Communication Lab, overseeing a team of student consultants.
