Jeffrey Hicks

Jeffrey Hicks, CIC, AIS, AU, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager for the Staffpak Program at U.S. Risk, LLC since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jeffrey was the Assistant Specialty Underwriting Manager at Philadelphia Insurance Companies from July 2022 to June 2023. Jeffrey's extensive experience includes serving as the Director of New Business Development at World Wide Specialty Programs, Inc., where responsibilities involved underwriting for Zurich Insurance Company's multiline insurance for staffing firms and PEOs. Earlier positions include Assistant Vice President and Senior Underwriter roles at U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Senior Underwriter for Unitrin Business Insurance, and various underwriting positions at Auto-Owners Insurance, where Jeffrey contributed to the establishment of new underwriting branches in Michigan and South Carolina. Jeffrey holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University.
