Adam Rodriguez

Adam Rodriguez has extensive work experience in various roles within the mining and mineral processing industry. Adam is currently working at U.S. Silica Company as an Engineering Manager since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Process Engineer from February 2021 to April 2022. Adam also worked as a Process Engineer at U.S. Silica Company from June 2018 to February 2021, where they successfully commissioned two frac sand mines in West Texas.

Before joining U.S. Silica Company, Adam worked at The Mosaic Company. Adam served as an Area Coordinator from December 2017 to May 2018 and as a Production Supervisor for a brief period in June 2017. Adam also worked as a Production Engineer from June 2016 to June 2017.
