Beau McLeod Pe

Beau McLeod, PE has extensive work experience in engineering and project management roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Utility Technician at Nucor Steel, where they performed preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, and industrial equipment. Beau then moved on to Airdusco, Inc. in 2010, where they served as a Project Engineer, responsible for designing and troubleshooting dust collection and central vacuum systems. At Chief Engineering, PLLC, starting in 2018, Beau worked as an Industrial Hygiene Engineer, applying codes and regulations to mechanical systems and generating detailed drawings and specifications. In 2019, Beau joined Material Handling Systems, Inc. as a Mechanical Project Engineer, designing conveyor systems for parcel companies globally. Beau then transitioned to Hargrove Engineers + Constructors in 2021, working as a Senior Project Engineer. Finally, in 2022, Beau joined U.S. Silica Company as a Sr. Project Engineer, leading capital projects and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
