Geoff Boucher

Geoff Boucher has extensive work experience in the industrial minerals and chemical industries. Geoff currently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales at U.S. Silica Company, where they are responsible for driving aggressive growth strategies for the commercialization of newly-developed products and market segments. Prior to this, they held various roles at Imerys, including General Manager of Filtration & Additives North America and Director of Sales for Filtration and Additives North America. Before joining Imerys, Geoff worked as a Sales Manager at Basic Chemical Solutions and as a Regional Manager at Pfaudler. Geoff began their career at General Chemical Corporation, where they held roles in engineering and operations management.

Geoff Boucher obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, where they attended from 1993 to 1997. Geoff further pursued their education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, in 2018, they participated in the Senior Leadership Program at IMD, although no formal degree completion is mentioned for this program.
