Justin Shepherd

Justin Shepherd has extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Justin is currently serving as the Sr. Engineering Project Manager at U.S. Silica Company since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Sr. Project Manager at Atec, Inc. from October 2020 to June 2021.

Before that, Justin held the position of Director of Engineering at SandBox Logistics from February 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they formulated and administered strategic plans, managed vendor relations, and implemented a QA/QC program for all vendors.

From August 2012 to February 2017, they served as the Project Engineering Manager at DXP Enterprises, Inc. where they were responsible for managing the Engineering Department and ensuring on-time and budget project completion. Additionally, they held the positions of Project Manager and Project Engineer at DXP Enterprises, Inc. from April 2012 to August 2012 and December 2011 to April 2012, respectively.

Justin started their career as the Lead Project Manager at CM Alternative Energies, Inc. from August 2008 to May 2011.

Justin Shepherd attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering.
