Roger Kimball

Roger Kimball is an experienced coach and investment professional with a diverse background in ski racing and finance. Currently serving as the Eastern Region Coach for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team since June 2022, Roger is also the Director and Head Coach of Lead Change Racing, an organization focused on providing specialized training for ski racers in collaboration with elite coaches. Previous roles include Head Men's FIS Coach at Okemo Mountain School, Ski Coach at Berkshire School, and Race Program Director at Berkshire East Mountain Resort. In addition to coaching, Roger has extensive experience in investment management as Principal at Octet Partners LLC and has held positions at Kinderhook Partners and Cacti Partners. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Chemistry from the University of New Hampshire.
