David Stenglein

David Stenglein has a vast work experience in the military and defense sector. David currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Capital at the U.S. Space Command since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief of Personnel Division at the United States Space Force from 2020 to 2022. Stenglein also has a significant background in the United States Department of the Air Force, where they held several positions including Student at Air War College, Deputy Director for Installation Support, Deputy Director, and Deputy Chief of the Personnel Division. Before joining the Department of the Air Force, they served in various roles at the United States Air Force, including Chief of Manpower Organization & Programs Branch, Director of Staff, Commander, and Chief of Manpower Section, among others. Stenglein has extensive experience in personnel management, training implementation, and curriculum development.

In 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from American InterContinental University. Recently, in 2019 to 2020, David completed their Master of Strategic Studies at the USAF Air War College. No specific field of study is provided for their master's degree at the Air War College.
