Clifford Cummins is an experienced IT professional and educator with a robust background in project management and information technology services. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency since November 2022, Clifford has previously held significant roles such as IT Program Manager at Agovx LLC and TechGlobal, Inc., overseeing teams in business analysis, network engineering, and system administration.
