Victoria Becker is a seasoned professional in international relations and development, currently serving as Country Manager for West Africa at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency since August 2023. Previously, Victoria held roles at the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service, focusing on the Food for Progress Program, and at DAI, where responsibilities spanned contracts administration and new business negotiations. Additional experience includes business development with ICCO Cooperation, membership management at The Advisory Board Company, and community education work with the Peace Corps in Zambia. Early career contributions at United Way of Greater Toledo and an internship at the Toledo Museum of Art further complement Victoria's diverse skill set.
