Assistant United States Trade Representative For Labor Affairs at Office of the U.S. Trade Representative

Katy Mastman currently serves as the Deputy Assistant United States Trade Representative for Labor at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, having held various roles including Acting Assistant United States Trade Representative and Director of Labor Affairs. Prior experience includes positions at the U.S. Department of Labor, including Deputy Director of the Office of Trade and Labor Affairs, and roles in the Office of the Solicitor as Counsel for International Affairs and USERRA. Katy Mastman began their career in public policy with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and the Congressional Hunger Center. An accomplished legal scholar, Katy Mastman was a Root Tilden Kern Scholar at New York University School of Law, where a Juris Doctor degree was earned, following a Bachelor of Arts in International Public Health and Political Science from Brown University.
