Charles Monty

Charles Monty has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Charles served as the Vice President & General Manager at U.S. Tsubaki, Inc., overseeing the Roller Chain Division and managing operations across multiple markets. Prior to this, they worked at JDSU, where they led enterprise-wide Lean deployment and improvement projects. Charles also held the position of General Manager at Barnes Group - Ceramics Division, focusing on overall management. At UTC-Hamilton Sundstrand, they specialized in Program Management.

Charles Monty completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Vermont from 1977 to 1981. Charles then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering (M.S.) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, which they completed between 1983 and 1985. Later on, Charles completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School between 1998 and 2000.
