Victoria Slate possesses over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and systems administration within the plastic injection molding industry, particularly focused on medical applications. Currently serving as a Quality Coordinator at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC since June 2014, Victoria previously held roles as a Production Coordinator and Quality Systems Administrator at United Plastics Group / MedPlast, where responsibilities included maintenance of quality systems, ISO auditing, and production support. Victoria’s expertise extends to Value Stream Mapping, Lean Manufacturing, and the management of manufacturing ERP systems such as KBM (AS400) and IQMS. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Springfield College and an MT(ASCP) certification from Baystate Medical Center School of Medical Technology. Prior experience also includes a role as a Product Quality Specialist at InteliCoat Technologies.
