Christina Mauthe, SHRM-CP, has over 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Christina began their career in 2013 as a SECURA Specialty Interim Associate at SECURA Insurance. In 2015, they took on a Talent Acquisition Intern role at American Family Insurance. The following year, they became an HR Client Service Representative at American Family Insurance and a Human Resources Intern at EAA. In 2017, they joined Amcor as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, then moved up to Talent Acquisition Consultant Lead and Campus Recruiter. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Manager and Corporate Recruiter at U.S. Venture, Inc.

Christina Mauthe, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay for Human Resources Management from 2012 to 2013. Christina started their education journey in 2009 at Appleton North High School. In addition to their degree, they also hold a SHRM certification obtained in January 2020 and an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIRS) certification obtained in July 2015.
