Jennifer Kirsch, CPA has over 15 years of experience in the accounting field. Jennifer began their career in 2004 as an Accountant with Enzymatic Therapy. In 2006, they moved to Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as a Senior Accountant. In 2011, they joined Appvion as a Financial Analyst - Carbonless & Specialty Paper and held various roles, including Financial Analyst - Thermal, Plant Controller and Finance Manager - Carbonless & Specialty Paper. In 2020, they joined U.S. Venture, Inc. as a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager and was promoted to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Jennifer Kirsch, CPA has completed a Nanodegree in Data Analysis & Visualization with Power BI from Udacity, which is expected to be completed in 2021. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, which they earned in 2004.
