Kristy Brzezinski

Kristy Brzezinski has a wealth of experience in the field of employee benefits and compensation. Kristy began their career in 2005 at Bemis Company, Inc. as a Retirement Plans Supervisor, Senior Retirement Administrator, Retirement Plan Administrator, and Benefits Administrator. In 2012, they moved to Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where they designed, implemented, and administered employee benefit and compensation programs. In 2019, they joined U.S. Venture, Inc. as a Business Analyst and HRIS Analyst.

Kristy Brzezinski obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2005, majoring in Human Resources. Kristy also obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley in 2003. Additionally, in April 2022, they obtained a Scrum Foundations certification from the Scrum Alliance.
