Ryan Metzner

Ryan Metzner has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Theirfirst role was as a Programmer/Solutions Specialist at Old Line Life Insurance from 1996 to 1997. Ryan then moved to Generac Power Systems as a Programmer/Analyst from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as a Web Analyst at Manitowoc Food Service Group. In 2006, they took a role as a Contractor at Skyline Technologies. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as an Applications Manager and Sr. Programmer/Analyst at Air Wisconsin Airlines. Finally, they have been the Director of Enterprise Applications at U.S. Venture, Inc. since 2011. Theirroles have included custom software development, Azure, .Net, Dynamics AX/D365, SharePoint, Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, digital brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising, customer facing IT applications management, projects and resource management, customer discovery through programming, RPG 4, RPG ILE, requirements gathering, website design, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, SEO expert, web analytics with Webtrends, online Dealer Locator and Product configurators using SQL and Oracle databases, Attachmate Solutions, and IRMA for the mainframe programmer.

Ryan Metzner completed their high school education at Ashwaubenon High School from 1982 to 1986. Ryan then attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained an AS in Mechanical Design. Following this, they attended Waukesha County Technical College for a specialty in I Series, RPG, CL Programming. In 2012, Ryan Metzner obtained a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from UW-Green Bay, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Ryan also holds an SMX Adwords Advanced certification.
