Dale Holladay

Dale succeeds Mike Maher, who served as USVP’s CFO for 25+ years and will remain with our Firm as a special consultant. Dale’s appointment concludes a transition period that began several months ago when Mike announced his plans to retire.

Dale Holladay joined USVP in 2001 as Controller and has worked closely with our investment team, operations personnel, portfolio companies, and limited partners during these past 15 years thus ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. As CFO, Dale is responsible for all financial reporting, income tax and regulatory compliance matters, as well as working with portfolio company personnel and their legal counsel on financing matters.
